We used Empire Fence to install an aluminum fence around our pool and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the install team did a phenomenal job. The guys were polite, communicative and took the time to ensure each section was secure and perfectly level. Thrilled with the results! It took a while for the fence parts to arrive from the distributor (~5 weeks), but once the parts were in they had the entire ~140 foot fence installed in two days.

We had a lovely little bridge built as a gift to our home owners association for more to access the lovely little lake we live on. The service was incredible, installation was tricky....but not for them!....and the bridge is beautiful and an excellent price point! For a project that was not that big.... they knockeded it out of the park for quality and customer service!!!!

We diligently researched several companies to replace our fence. We ultimately selected Empire Fence, and were very pleased with our choice. The Empire team office, represented by Rachel, was both professional and responsive. The Empire install team did a great job and put in the time, care and effort to ensure our fence looked great. Hmmm...where shall I start? It taking two months and our fence job is STILL not complete, Nick “the owner” trying to order cheaper material and having to reorder because the cheaper fence did not match the original, making a couple mistakes and not owning up to it and telling us they won’t fix it, OR Nick “the owner” calling my husband a “baby” when he simply called to ask when the job will be done and when they can come to fix their mistake?
As business owners ourselves, we can’t believe how Nick treats his customers!!! RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION...I could go on

Hired Empire Fence to run approximately 1300 feet of 8 foot fencing. Mostly in woody growth areas where it blends in from a distance. I dealt directly, but was put in touch through General Contractor so initially they were responsive.
They did the job. Work was okay. Nothing stood out as problematic.
Noticed less than two years later that some of the wire mesh had separated from the wire run pole to pole. Also, some tree damage, obviously not their fault.

I called twice; no return call. I went in person. ARROGANT, Full of himself; Nick. He runs away when asked questions. He doesn't want a knowledgeable client/customer. I observed his installation of railings in the showroom. Nick uses NO aluminum supports in the top & bottom rails. He does NOT use the brackets to attach the rails onto to the… deck posts. The receptionist knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING....AND I mean freakin' NOTHING...!!! ALL I want is a quote per linear foot of VEKA....so I can buy a piece of 10' deck board. AND an 8' rail kit; includes aluminum supports, spindles & brackets

It truly is astonishing that this company is still in business. I wish I had read the reviews before signing a contract with them. The system that we installed with them worked for two days. Of course they had been paid in full for the electronic gate system, but there were problems from the beginning. It did not function from the phone inside and it did not function from the panel outside. For over four months called Nick, the owner, and left messages on his cell phone and at the office. We emailed him for over four months telling him that the system was not working. He has completely ignored

Empire Fence is a very professional fencing company! The owner came out to my home on schedule, review my needs, gave me options and cost and then installed my fence (removing the old fence) on time. It's hard to imagine that Empire Fence company has remained in business as long as they have given their poor product, inept installation and horrible after-sale customer service.
We purchased a six-foot vinyl privacy fence three years ago and have been disappointed since day one.
The sales process was actually pleasant and the person who came out to the house was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed our options and helped us make a choice. Strangely, Empire wasn't the cheapest quote we received; I've always believed that when you go with the cheapest quote, you have little leverage
