This size unit yields 25 square feet of space. Although these 5x5 units are small, they are an excellent size to store all of your extra items, like garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies, or your miscellaneous boxes. This size unit yields a total of 50 square feet of space, perfect for storing an entire bedroom or office.
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours. You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).

My unit was so easy to obtain since the office did it virtually. I love the location of my unit - it is clean and convenient. Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that they made me get insurance because it forced me to get rental insurance for my home that also covers my unit.

The company's call center is the worst!! Every person I spoke with was very rude!! I was given inaccurate information multiple times which the rep. never noted in my account the information we spoke of. To top it off they continue to charge even after you vacate!!! The property manager at this location was great but I will never do business with this company again!!

We chose the Halls Hill Pike location for our storage needs and I am so glad we did! We pulled in for our move in and John came over to make sure we could locate our unit (we may have been staring at the map a little too long -haha!) helped us and then asked if we needed anything. John went above and beyond and he is a total rock star! I highly suggest this storage location and 10/10 would recommend!!!
