Modified roofing is most often used for institutional, commercial, and industrial buildings. Its advantages include durability and competitive life-cycle costs. The normal roof system begins with the roof decking which is covered by insulation panels or Light Weight Concrete, after which is covered with multiple plies and then topped off with a cap sheet.
Associates Roofing scope of work includes all areas from lower levels to balconies and decks. We are an approved applicator for many of the major manufacturers and have also been approved and insured to waterproof parking facilities, ramps, and large occupant structures. South Florida is known for its low sea level.
