Guys, if you are looking for a better pest management services. I would request looking for something better than Green Pest Management.
Few reasons for this review:
1. Not at all professional - If you call them for any issues, they will listen to you for sure but will never act / never act on time.
Not responsive at all: I have recently even called them for cancellation, they responded saying someone from their team would call me for cancellation but until the actual service technician came to my house for the next scheduled service no one called. I had to actually call and cancel the service

We originally signed up due to mice on the property and have been so pleased with the service since. They prevent and reduce insects from entering, ants, spiders, etc. It has been years now and no more mice. Very happy. My favorite part is that if we ever have anything come up in between services like needing an extra bait box or if we find a wasp next starting they come out in between services and it is included in our plan. We have only had to do that a few times, but it is so convenient. The techs are usually friendly, polite, on time and ring the doorbell before they start to let me know they

Poor pest control service was provided initially at a very high cost for a one-time service; it required a follow up call by a relative of mine to have them out again. They lied to this relative that I had agreed to recurring services (I hadn't) and came out a couple weeks after the initial service to attempt to fix/improve the first obviously poor job, and instead of doing it for free as they should have in this situation, they charged me again against my knowledge or consent. I'd suggest using literally anyone else simply because they did a poor job, but should you use them be aware

My wife and I are not happy about their initial service. The technician said he would remove spider webs and a bird nest before I signed the service agreement. But he just sprayed around and missed those spider webs and the bird nest. So I need cancel the agreement and pay $150 early termination fee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE

Customer service very unprofessional. My husband called the company to find out some information concerning our service. The lady whom he spoke with became defensive and agitated, raising her voice, interrupting, not answering the question that was asked of her, stated that she was hired in July and did not have access to information prior to that time. When we signed up for this service we had stated that we wanted organic only treatment, as we have animals and our water well is in our yard. The lady yelled, repeating herself, saying they didn't kill animals or people, none of their treatments

Dray, the salesman for Green stopped by to warn us about a mouse infestation just up the street. Our townhomes back up to woods and are prime candidates. We said OK. The following day Jared spent over two hours going around and through the house the house treating for ants, silverfish, and mice. He was very patient with my constant questions, and did a thorough job. So much so, we even tipped him.
