No one ever seems to want to write a review when everything goes to plan.
But, I want to say that, I had Insulation Plus of Tampa install insulation to an R38 value and a solar vent and they could not have been better. They (Antonio and Julian) arrived on site on time and promptly started to work. They listened to my concerns/thoughts on the install site for the pop solar vent, agreed to a location and moved forward to install. When they were done and ready to roll out, I pointed out a spot that was missed for insulation, I don’t blame them for missing it as they are not aware of my floor plan

12/13/21 update to original review. Owner of the organization took time to personally phone me to apologize for the misunderstanding; address my concerns; and then promptly rectify the issue. I was very appreciative of his time and for making the situation right. Their onsite representatives were awesome; simply awesome. Was very impressed overall and use again when needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for insulation work as they do truly care about their customers and total satisfaction.

Hired them to install a solar attic fan. Salesman was prompt, professional and did not pressure a sale nor did he try to upsale. After getting other quotes, I went with this company primarily on their approach and the lifetime warranty. The install was done on time as scheduled by a very neat, polite and qualified technician. After a few days of monitoring it’s operation I was not completely satisfied that it was performing to its full potential. Insulation Plus of Tampa provided new attic insulation for my home. The job had a couple of layers because I was replacing a ceiling in our family room so the first step was to remove the old insulation before I started tearing anything down. After the initial clean out, IPT returned to Bio Treat the entire attic, blow new insulation into the other portions of the home and finally, blow new insulation over the completed ceiling. He is a very professional person, very respectful and detailed in every aspect of the product as well as the process. Matt got things taken care of and made me happy with the company again. Thanks to a major rodent infestation, the existing insulation in my attic needed to be completely removed, and the attic space cleaned. There also needed to be a delay before new, clean insulation could be blown in. Ross was awesome to work with, in terms of explaining their entire process and the products to be used and addressing all my questions. The office staff also worked with me to have the initial work and follow up work done o Saturdays. The team which came out to vacuum out the old insulation were here when they said they would be here, and worked diligently to remove all the old, nasty

I found Insulation Plus of Tampa on Angie's list. Gave them a call and a sales person & also the owner of the company "Ross" came to my home. Ross took a look at my attic and explained what I needed and quoted a very competitive price. Then I compare them to a few other companies in the area and they where the best. Ross scheduled a crew to come out a few days later and add the attic insulation that I needed. The crew was very professional and did the job in a couple hours. They even vacuum & clean up when they where finished. I highly recommend Insulation Plus of Tampa and was a pleasure doing

Overall good experience. Had foam insulation in the attic (1500 sq.ft) , plus the solar fan, plus the stairway insulator installed. The crew who installed me informed me that the attic hatch cannot be fully closed anymore , because of the insulator and I need to cut the hatch myself. I think this problem should've been taken care by the company and not left to be fixed by the customer.
Update: Their management reached out to me in order to make things right. They sent their guy to cut the hatch that same day, now it sits well. Hence the 5 stars now.

We've lived here for decades and it's been hard to find good reliable contractors in the Sarasota area, so what a surprise to find a professional and considerate company owner in Doug. He took time to answer all of my questions on the phone including clear up-front pricing [final price was the same as quoted], he also showed up on time and answered even more questions, and did the job as promised.
