Had zero water pressure with no explanation at 6pm, Paul came out and diagnosed my issues that night. The next day Paul and Dave came and installed a new pump. They were very flexible and able to accommodate my time needs. They did a great job with the installation and now my waters like brand new! They kept me informed of every step in the process and made sure I had no questions or concerns, excellent customer service and great work!

Ivan was amazing! He was kind, courteous, efficient and patient with us. We weren't happy with the way the shower handle was installed and he took it apart again and installed it the way we wanted it. He went above and beyond and was very neat. Pedro and Chris assisted us in selecting new products and helped us communicate with Ivan. Everyone was top notch! Thank you all!

I used them on a new construction project in Estero. They were very responsive to the homeowners needs and issues. The owner Mike was involved in the project and was able to expedite a lot of things that were missed by the owner. Our well system was old and needed some TLC. After a quick Google search we came across Lee County Plumbing and Well Service and were pleasantly surprised. Their prices were fair and everyone we talked to in the office (Christy and Jennifer) were incredibly helpful and communicative. Matt did an amazing job fixing and replacing needed components and explaining the issues in a clear and concise way. I cannot recommend this company enough. I guarantee you will walk away pleased with their professionalism and work!

Matt, our service technician was outstanding. The job appeared to be routine, but we all know that things happen once you start getting into it. Things went from bad to worse, but Matt stayed focused. Like I tell my boys all the time, adapt and overcome, and that’s just what he did. I would recommend this company highly. The service and personal attention they provided to me (despite the 10-2 warranty which I do not recommend) was top of the line. They did everything and then some to get this job done and maintained professionalism in getting it done despite my frustration with my warranty company. The entire staff from the office to the service was excellent and I appreciate everyone of them. In a world of computers it was nice to pick up a phone and actually speak with someone and know it was going to get done as promised.
