They were referred by my plumber and given the situation with covid they were very respectful. Elisa was very helpful working with the insurance company and supplying necessary paperwork. Johnathan and Mike were very helpful and did a great job. We had mold in the kitchen due to broken drain from upstairs bathroom just above sole plate. Everything was resolved and repaired like new, thank you!

Where do I begin? I guess making sure inspection and prevention can save you many head aches. We started with a leak in an upstairs bathroom which was not in use for about 3 years( hence we would have identified the problem sooner). Well we found this paint bubble , with a leak that had traveled into the adjacent bedroom to the bathroom and carpet had lifted from the saturation of leak. Got on Yelp and inquired about project. Your company was the quickest to respond, had an awesome tech come out that following morning as we had discovered leak late at night. Let's face it none of us want

Had such an excellent experience with American Emergency Restoration. Jonathan was incredibly professional and took great care of our home during the mitigation process. He was friendly and always responsive. In the midst of a very stressful home repair period, having Jonathan and AER taking care of the mitigation was critical for us. Called America Emergency Restoration for a quote. They came to my on time, but the guy was saying well, we could do that or this....didn't give me a recommendation, plus he said he didn't know when they could finish the work because their contractor was sick and they were trying to see if they could find another one. He told me he would be sending me a quote. I never received the quote, so I guess they were not interested in doing the work. Not a good experience.

I had an emergency situation in which I called at 4:30pm on last Friday. Severe water leak that ran threw 2 floors of the house. Not only did the owner answer my call but he also had his crew at the house after hours to start the drying process. His prompt response was a life saver. So glad I chose this company for the job!

This review is long overdue my service was done back in September/October. Had over 200 gallons of water that already smelled really bad under my home it was kitchen drain so one can imagine. (Luckily I have a raised foundation) no damage to my home, however, the smell was unbearable. Anthony and his partner (Latino guy) did an amazing job. Thank you for this great service. During the sale of our home we had a panicky home inspector tell the buyers there was black mold under our home due to a leaky sewage pipe in the crawl space.
First of all, you can't diagnose mold without actually testing it, but that doesn't matter.

The above picture is what I came home too from a short vacation and it looked as though a bomb was set off in our home. Worse yet, the entire house was completely flooded. Top notch service. My wife and I had a leak in our roof from all the recent rain. We noticed a musky smell for the past few weeks. Anthony and Angel came all the way from Riverside to investigate the problem. They found inconclusive evidence of mold and suggested simply fixing the small spot on my ceiling. I really appreciate their honesty and am glad they didn't try to sucker us into unnecessary work.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! Our Kenmore dishwasher had a faulty part that had leaked for 2-3 months before we realized all the water and mold damage. I called American Emergency Restoration and had Anthony calling me back within 10 minutes. He came right out and spent close to 2 hours going over all the details of the process for mold remediation. I spoke with the owner of the company today (Steve Watson), who apologized for the inconveniences and service provided. The company is currently in process of redoing the clean up. Steve also is not charging us for the job.

Thank for Steve's help so much. Nice and expericed staff made me feel better after I purchased the problem house. They resovled the mold and repipe steps by step and their reports are very professional. I would like recommend them for nice staff, experienced solution and more care of clients. In final I received some discount including a new toilet. It comforted us for stress of seller's fraud. I would come back to them in future if my house has some construction.

Anthony made our experience with AER a great one. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail about the entire procedure. Mole is not something I would wish on anyone, but if you do have this problem, I highly recommend Anthony! He made this bad situation bearable and I felt he was taking care of our issues. He is so trustworthy and professional and answers all questions before the end of the working day. He even smells good too! The post-mole inspector, Condol is highly recommended. This is one of two referrals (not affiliated) they give you if you cannot find one on your own. Both companies took very good care of us.
