Citadel Self Storage

Do not rent Uhauls from them- they are scammers- they gave me a faulty truck, overcharged me for a day, and then tried to make me pay for the truck's defects- the worker called me a liar about a missing mirror on their truck until he checked the camera which showed I returned the truck the way I received it. They have been charging multiple charges onto my card and I believe I am being targeted because I am a woman.

I went there to rent a truck very convenient very close and the staff was very helpful in assisting with my self check in

The customer service here is not good at all. Was trying to rent a storage unit I was the second customer and a person behind me the worker ask who was renting a U-Haul he ask if he could help the customer behind me because his transaction would be faster since I needed to rent a storage bin so I agreed. Went to my car keeping track of the line after he help the customer I ask was he ready for me he replied no there are 5 people ahead of you (HOW???). I could of got rude but I did not... I told him I was going somewhere else. You know things happen to you for a reason. So I went to another storage
