Quadrant Homes, which is known to be a builder hiring incompetent contractors to build their houses, chose this company to build the roof on our new house. It's been 18 months and two leakages already. The latest one happened last weekend and water was pouring along the second floor wall all through the first floor ceiling. We hired a different roofing company who identified the issue to be wrong material used at flat area. This Chinook company refused to acknowledge that, and blamed a clogged vent to be the cause. That vent is several feet away from the leakage point and two feet higher,

In the midst of the nationwide protests for the unfair brutality against POC, a white male got out of this truck and starting walking towards my suv in the middle of traffic in a residential community to verbally/physically assault or otherwise dehumanize me (a African American woman)??

Lousy people, lousy job.
First appointment: no show, no call, had to call them to reschedule. They were supposed to fix some damaged shingles. The guy went up the stairs at 1:02pm, came down the stairs at 1:10pm of a 2600 sq ft home and left without doing any repair. I don't know if these people are lazy or lousy, or maybe both.
Don't waste your time and money on them.

We discovered a leak into our daughter's bedroom. Roof has been leaking since first day it was installed.
Got 3 professional roofer's opinions and they ALL said: It is faulty roof installation.
Water damage repairs estimate is between $15K to $20K. Made several calls to R & C Roofing which is now Chinook Roofing to come and look or fix and they never returned any calls.
So if you want nightmares, hire these people.

Chinook was hired by my HOA to reroof our entire complex. For half of the complex they used the wrong colored shingles so half of the complex is one color and the other half another. None of the homeowners knew that it was supposed to be another color, but the contractor apparently came out halfway through and noticed. They did not fix the problem.
When they worked on my home, they used a crane to get the pallets of shingles to the second story. Then the roofers threw those pallets from one level to the other and one section to another. The sound was like the whole house was going to come

If you are looking for a reliable roofer who is reasonably priced, I'd HIGHLY recommend Chinook Roofing. We got several bids and Chinook Roofing came in the least expensive. At first we thought "what's the hook"? "Why is Chinook dramatically less expensive than the other quotes?" We decided to move forward with Chinook Roofing to replace our roof. I can not tell you how please we are with the service, product and follow-through! They came on time, their crew was excellent and there were no surprises on the project! I have since had them do another roofing

Great salesman to get started but the aftermath of the install is less desirable! They installed in Sept. Clogged gutters over the winter from old roof debris, approx 20 rusty nails found around the perimeter EVEN AFTER i called them back out to come with their magnetic tool to get them picked up, dead plants in my flower bed because they threw plastic from new roof pieces over the side of the house and landed on top of my landscaped bed and the plants cooked all day under the sun....and today was the icing on the cake: First opportunity to weed in the flowerbed and found a major branch from my
