Baker and Kincaid was referred to me by the company that carries my home warranty plan. My microwave broke down and Scott, the owner, came the same day I placed the service call. His schedule was pretty tight, but he found time to "squeeze me in." To my surprise, he was fast and efficient and quickly identified the source of the problem. What a refreshing experience it was (at least for me) to finally find someone in the service industry who was so honest and capable. I've had such rotten luck with contractors and service people, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott

I'd give them zero stars if that was possible. Awful! They don't answer your calls or respond reliably to texts. It has taken 2 weeks and my dryer is still not fixed. Even the home warranty company that assigned them to my job can't reach anyone. Terrible, dreadful, truly abysmal company. Go somewhere else.
