Don't buy TorchStar led lights terrible customer service they are a total rip-off just bought led flood lights with a five year warranty turned on them one was not working customer service said they would not send a replacement even though I sent the receipt showing they just arrived a day ago they are the worst company they have a non working phone also a total scame !!

This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Tried to order some exit signs and thought everything was fine, when I checked on truaking I was informed that the exit signs I ordered were not in stock for another three months. And they tried insisting that it was my fault because they had emailed me already that they were unavailable even though I had zero emails from this company!!! I seriously can't believe that they're still in business because of the horrible service they provide. Do not give these people your business! You will be extremely frustrated like I am.

I ordered two light curtains for my daughters wedding. I did not check them right away. It was about a month after I received them before I opened the boxes and inspected them. One light curtain was broken. I contacted Torchstar and sent pictures of broken wire. Even though it was past the return date, they sent me a new light curtain. I would definitely order from them again.

Got their products in excellent condition (LED aluminum channels) but since I'm cutting the channels I needed additional clips and end caps. The frustrating part is you cannot get these online anyplace including their website, so your project will be delayed getting done, bummer. But calling the 800 or emailing their contact info with your channel model number and needs results in a prompt email back. They have the ability to send you an email with a paypal link. They open at 9am not 8am PST.
