I had a great experience with Cincinnati Water Damage and would highly recommend them. They do mind the needs of theirs customers and work extremely hard to guarantee satisfaction. They are able to do both the water extenuation and some repairs. Their staff clearly explained what work needed to be done in a simple way. My grandparents faced a water problem for a week before calling a plumber who was not able to fix it. He suggested they call Cincinnati Water Damage Restoration to get it fixed. Cincinnati Water Damage has excellent services. They responded very fast to our calls after the basement was flooded. They wasted NO time getting everything dried up and fixed. Great work! Cincinnati Water Damage was flexible enough to work with my schedule. The work was smooth and they kept their word to the end. They helped me work through some issues with my adjuster which would have turned out impossible had they not been available. In addition to all that, they were responsive to my emails and calls. Definitely recommend this company especially when you are in an emergency!
