I called and left a message with the company during their business hours. Didn’t hear a word from them for two days until I got a text from someone claiming to be from this company. As they shared the same area code I responded. Told the person via text my availability and that I would give my address when he set up a time to come by. Five days weeks by with no work from this person until today when he asked if he could come by this morning. I’ve already taken my business elsewhere. If this is how this company operates then I’m not sure how they are still in business. A week without talking

Wes met me in the morning, gave me a quote, I left for the hospital to be with my mom, & came home to a neatly cut up tree & cleaned up yard!!! Did I mention the tree was over my bedroom & hurricane winds were heading our way in 2 days?!! Very reasonable price & what a nice guy!!! I've used Wes and his crew three different times. One was to clear a building lot. Second time was to remove a huge that had fallen in the creek and on my pier and the third time was to remove another huge tree and stump very close to my house. Very happy all three times, very efficient, prompt and cleaned up afterwards. I've recommended Wes in the past and will continue to do so.

Following the first Nor'easter to hit the east coast we had 3 massive heavy oak trees uprooted closing the driveway. Of course it was on a Friday night and locating a tree service on the weekend was a challenge. Wes at Shamrock Property Improvement returned my call at 9pm Saturday and assured me he could assess and contact me Sunday. Even though it being a tough job, he kept his word and provided a reasonable quote to remove the downed trees, haul away all debris and fill in the root ball holes. He and crew worked through the next week with two more Nor'esters without delay! I couldn't be more
