Terrible customer service - terrible follow-through. They don't want your business and don't care if you wait for an estimate that never comes. I was a long time customer (20+ years for 4 fences at 3 houses) and I patiently waited for 3 months for estimate to fix my gate that never came. The woman answering the phone could care less. She had no record of them attempting to follow-up as promised. It wasn't her problem of course, I was mine. Don't let it be Your Problem too.
Taylor Fence doesn't care about their customers - new or old.

If you are looking for a fence company that not only does a great job, but stands by their work, definitely look elsewhere. We had 300’ of solid wood fence installed in 2014, by 2018 a couple of the sections were starting to lean. This past year, a couple of the fence panels had fallen over and that’s where I discovered they were improperly installed. For a 6’ high solid wood fence, you are supposed to have 9’ pressure treated 4x4s supporting them; and that’s what we paid for. What I found out after the panels fell was that there are multiple posts that are much less than the required

I intend to give them 10 stars, but this is 5 star system. Taylor fence is a decent company with 70 years of history. The installed material has best quality and technician installed my fence fast and professional. Also they provided follow up service as promised with excellent quality. HIGHLY Recommended.

Extremely dissastified with our purchase. Upon delivery my husband installed the fence and gate. When I came home from work I immediately noticed the gate had damage. My husband as well as myself contacted Taylor Fence. They refused to exchange the gate with the damage. The owner called me a month later and said there wasn’t anything he could do for us. I would NEVER recommend using Taylor Fence for your fence purchase.

Taylor Fence has the highest quality products and best customer service ever! We bought our cedar fence from them (36 panels, posts, etc.) and installed it ourselves... the delivery drivers were very nice in helping to unload it. It was always a pleasure when contacting the office staff who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right fence for our needs. This company gets an A+++++++++++ from us! I am a do-it yourself homeowner... and had two projects that I used Taylor fence for. Both times, I found the front desk guys super pleasant and helpful w/ my questions. They delivered once for me and that was easy, and I picked up extras that I needed there w/ out a problem.
The cedar was nice and all transactions went great. I would shop again. I built a fence and shower enclosure..

We searched high and low for a shadow box fence. We wanted to extend our yard using the same fence that was already there. To our surprise it was harder to get a wooden fence than vinyl. We went to places up north jersey and to find out we were lied to by these OTHER fence places that told us they had it in stock!
We decided to order our fence through Taylor Fence which is next town over....they actually exceeded our expectations by having the fence ready in 1/2 the time they promised. :) Taylor Fence took it upon themselves to also call us so we could re-measure the fence since the measurements

They are seriously lacking in customer service.They do not return calls and you basically have to call a few times a day to get any sort of straight answer. I fully believe that if we did not call them frequently our job would have been pushed to whenever they felt like completing it. Their reputation has suffered because of this and I would not recommend them. AT ALL.

Went into Taylor Fence the 1st week of April to set up having a fence installed in our yard. Guy at the counter was very nice and informative. He explained the process, showed us a price for the materials and explained the payment process. He took our information and said a "job estimator" would be in touch with us to come to the house. On April 11 "Josh from Taylor Fence" called and asked if he could stop by. He did, took measurements and said he would be in touch. Never called back. A call to him went unanswered. I called Taylor Fence directly and explained my situation

The first appointment established was to receive a price quote, and review fence options based on available inventory. The Estimator "no-showed". I understand that this can happen, but he called at 9 am to confirm a 2 pm appointment later the same day. This ultimately left me sitting in an empty house for an hour and a half while I waited for him to either post, or call to reshedule.
