I don't think I can remember the last time I experienced such bad customer service. I'm genuinely confused. I'm not used to being attacked and blamed for the mistakes and ineptitude that a company's own service provided. I get no satisfaction in writing a negative review. Just please be warned that this company will not treat you well as a customer, particularly whoever is manning the plumbing department. Even the technician was rude and unfriendly. Sorry to those who've had a similar experience.

Do not buy any Vape Products or go to this store in general, unless it's for the Dunkin Donuts. They sell faulty equipment, and then tell you to call numbers that do not exist and/ or they tell you you can't exchange the product even though what they self you does not work. The cashier was a female she extremely rude, not understanding at all (it's not her money so why should she care). This also isn't the first time I've had the rude customer service representative assist me. I'm not sure if none of them likes thier jobs, but it sure seems like they're mad at the world because they chose that

I recommend Sandri’s for all the services they provide. We had a split system put in by a different which never operated correctly. We called Sandri’s and it has never run better. We did need to replace some parts; but, we expected that. They are professional and clean. Can you believe that they clean up after themselves! I recommended them to a friend and she is delighted with their service, cleanliness, and promptness!

As I write this I am in bed and the house is over 90 degrees in the middle of winter. It was going like that all day while we were at work, using up who knows how much oil and doing whatever damage to the system. A technician made a mistake with some installation and I came home to a house that was super hot. Then I sat out in the cold then in my car for an hour and a half waiting for this company to respond. What upsets me is the way they handled the situation. Up until now they did a decent job but today was a bumbling fumble.

I gave 1 star because I have to at least give a star... They aren't even deserve Negtive 5 stars.... Terrible service! They kept sending wrong person to my house and did not right. I used about 2 months to deal with them! And most important, the heating system has not not been fixed!!! Incredibly awful! Don't give them business and you will thank me!

We called Sandri Oil when our landlord's usual contractor, Country Oil, made faulty promises and went back on their promise to bring us oil (we had no heat) for our newly rented house.
While Country Oil charges $120.00 for emergency deliveries, Sandri charges $60.00
Sandri reps were courteous, responsive, and set up our new customer account and got us our oil within 1 & 1/2 hours.
Now, that's service!
