Excellent customer service! We have used this company several times over the years and they always deliver great service. Our garage door on our new home started acting up and we called around 4pm on a Friday. We weren't expecting that a service tech would be able to come out until the next day or even Monday at the latest. But, the tech said he was in our area and could stop by within the hour. Thirty minutes later, he was at the house and diagnosed we had a lose wire and fixed it for us at a reasonable price. He even performed maintenance on the door to prevent squeaking. Hands down

So I've been putting band-aids on my garage door for about two years now, and it finally got to the point that I needed to replace it. I sent an internet request for a quote over the weekend, and received a response with a phone number and name to call to get additional info. I called (Dave) and he told me that Kellon was the man in my 'Neck of the woods'. I called Kellon and he was there the next day, promptly when we had arranged, based on both our schedules. Well my boyfriend backed out of my garage at bit too soon and BAMMM! I needed a new garage door! I called a few places for a quote on a metal double garage door but only David Wade at First Choice was able to give me what I wanted and at a MUCH better price!!!! He had to order this particular door as I wanted what I had for the last 25 years....a Windsor Metal door! Their GREAT doors! He kept me updated on the expected delivery and installation! They installed the door including new springs and all the trim work and it was PERFECT! Couldn't be happier!!! Give them a call for quote

First Choice staff was friendly, reasonable, knowledgable,professional. We have been very happy with our garage door! We had a small glitch due to the terrible weather and a power outage. We asked for assistance, and no questions asked, they were at our service and fixed the issue right away! If you need a garage door, this is the place!
