I called Vince at Floor Maintenance and he not only came out multiple times to renew the surface, he also took the time to teach me the process so I could touch up any future problems due to time and natural deterioration.
The price was very fair especially because he did not send out anyone else form his company but did the work himself. He even created a short video of the maintenance process so I wouldn't forget years from now.
