Had a great move with Sunrise! Their team was quick and professional on move day and got it all done so quickly. The spreadsheet they have you fill out of your items is really helpful for getting an estimate and to remind yourself of how many big items you will have on move day. We will definitely use them again for our next move and recommend them to friends!

This was our first experience hiring a moving company. We had always moved ourselves. Chelsea made our move an enjoyable experience with constant communication and honest evaluation of costs. Rob was amazing and professional. His crew were courteous and respectful of our belongings. Everything was wrapped and loaded with no damage whatsoever. When they arrived at our new home they unloaded and assembled all our belongings with care. I don't anticipate moving again,but if I do I, I will call Sunrise Moving.

I hope to never move again as we are hoping we just bought a home to last at least the next twenty years, but *IF* we ever need to move again, or if anyone I know moves, I would absolutely recommend Sunrise moving!! I have used other moving services in the past and they have been disorganized and rough on my furniture and walls and always went over estimated time. Sunrise was spot on for estimated delivery and we moved a 6 bedroom/two living room, 3500 sq foot home, and they were reasonably priced to do so as well!! They were very professional and courteous. From our first contact with Chelsea Wilkinson, the Relocation Manager, we knew we were in good hands. She explained the entire process and costs and made sure we had no additional questions before moving on. Because of the Covid virus, the inventory and cost estimate had to be done by Facetime video. These guys were great. Charlene came in, took inventory, and gave us great advice on how to get ready for our move. They moved us out of our old house, stored our stuff, and then moved us into our new house. We had two different crews, both very efficient and got it done, took good care of our things. From the first phone inquiry to the last box being unloaded from the truck, the employees of Sunrise Moving & Storage Company performed above and beyond expectation. Chelsea oversaw our move with nothing but professionalism. She answered my questions and responded to my ongoing concerns throughout the move in a timely manner, and followed-up to make sure we were happy with our experience. We had a fabulous experience using Sunrise Moving to move from a highrise condo in Midtown to a single family home in East Atlanta. Eddie, Rob and Kevin were professional, very careful with our items, and made sure to ask where we wanted things so they went in the right rooms. They showed up the condo right on time and made our move very low stress! Also a shoutout to Stephanie in the business office who helped us with scheduling our move - she was great! While we hope this was our last move for a WHILE, I would not hesitate to contact Sunrise Moving again! 10/10 recommend!

Sunrise movers did a great job! They were careful with our things and worked hard the entire time-while having a cheerful attitude. Charlene stayed on top of things and made sure we were happy with the final result. They are reasonably priced and offer tips to help you save money-like where to get packing materials and boxes for far less than they would charge.

I've used Sunrise Movers six times in 10yrs, and have also recommended them to friends. We all have been completely satisfied. Their hourly pricing is very fair and their employees are focused on customer satisfaction/respect. Their supervisor has been leading the Sunrise crews for over 20 yrs, who keeps a close eye on his team during the moves. He makes sure that all furniture is handled with care and always operates with caution when in your home. They respect your time and belongings, and do not cut corners. 1) You need to pay attention to how many men they quote you for price wise and how many show up. THEY WILL SLIP AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE ADDITIONAL MAN AND THEN STATE YOU AGREED TO IT. Sunrise Movers gets my highest recommendation. EVERYONE we dealt with at Sunrise Movers was great. Their service was excellent, AND their communications also were excellent. They scheduled the move at our convenience. Showed up ON TIME. Were efficient and friendly and their movers maintained their sense of humor throughout the delivery process, even though it was a horribly hot day and the townhouse had many stairs. We worked with Charlene and Jessica to arrange a rather difficult move. Eli, Tony, and John handled the move. Everything was in good shape. They caused no damage to our household

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In 2004 I hired Sunrise to move a truck load of furniture, ect.to California from GA. They left with a packed van and tied a grill on the back, due to no room, and towing my car. A few days into the trip I called to see how things were going and they said the driver checked himself into the hospital, was sick in Dallas, Texas. I asked where the truck was and they said in hospital parking lot. The owner was flying in to drive the rest of the way. They refused to tell me what the hospitals name was and location. Do not I repeat do not use these scammers! No matter what you have read take this most seriously. They will change prices on you once they have started moving your stuff. The owners Eil and Charlene have this phone tactic they do with the driver and movers to debate prices with the consumer. The wife Charlene is the biggest liar. They call over and over have all these different phones going and start lying about the price you were quoted. If you use them it will be at your own risk.
