The sales guy was cool but i spent 60 K on Tundra TRD PRO , they did not rotate Tires " 12k miles certified used" also did not leave with full tank of gas. Also I went back to drop off updated contract went up to sales guy I bought from he had no clue who I was 2 weeks later or what Vehicle I had. His own brother in law traded it in for Audi SUV. I asked about the tire rotation he got me history of print out and just showed me the door. So they did not even do proper maitainence of certitifed used Truck. I wanted a TRD PRO it is my 4th Tundra. I did not want a 22 Tundra because they changed the

Kathryn was there every step of the way to ensure when I got there that everything was all set and ready to go. Shawn, Richard and Mike were all awesome as well.

I am a little tardy writing this review, but I cannot say enough positive things about my buying experience here. From the first phone call, to trade in experience, to the final acts of paying and leaving with my new car, everyone was so pleasant, welcoming, nice, and professional. Recently purchased a used car from Audi Turnersville. Of all the vehicles I have purchased this was by far the best experience. Not only were they extremely accommodating, punctual, but they were super honest which was a nice breath of fresh air. I was purchasing this car online from several states away and they really went out of their way to make me confident I was buying a good car. That's despite the funny fact that I was buying a BMW at an Audi dealership. It honestly makes me a bit sad I do not live closer as I would love to come back here to use them for other services.
