We'll pressure wash house from top to bottom to remove all the dirt debris and cobwebs thoroughly. Reset Loose Nails: We'll set appropriately loose nails on siding trim and eaves unless otherwise instructed. Prime Bare Areas: We take the time to properly prime bare areas to include metal gutters and downspouts that receive galvanized and rust inhibitive primers and stucco and wood services that receive suitable primers.

It looks like they have other reviews about their poor customer service. The woman who responded to my inquiry was rude and unwilling to learn anything about my project. She didn't even read my inquiry message before saying they cannot help. I pointed out that the service I need is listed as the services they offer and she responded saying that they don't touch up other people's work... okay great that's not what I need? In my message I stated that I need the cabinets painted in my bathrooms and laundry room. Clearly she couldn't be bothered to read my message or even set

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. They're that great to work with. Tom was responsive to any questions I had and he personally stopped by while the job was in progress to make sure everything was going smoothly. Tabitha ("Tab") prepped the windows and she taped them off with the precision of a calculator. They were all taped perfectly, so when the paint was applied, we had no bleed-over onto the frames of the windows (and of course, none on the glass itself, either). We reached out to Diamond Star Painting back in June for an estimate to paint our house. Jerame came by a few days later, explained the entire process and gave us a reasonable quote.
The project was scheduled to start in late August which worked well as we had exterior renovations to complete beforehand. We had to delay the painting project as we needed a window replacement which was scheduled to arrive the same week as the painting project.
The office staff regularly checked in and made sure we were still on the schedule. They were very accomodating of our delay and once the window was installed

Everything about this company is perfect. From the beginning, I met the estimator (Jeremy) who answered every question I had and even gave me advice that was much needed for my exterior paint project. He gave me the official estimate SAME DAY before leaving the site which was different compared to the other 4 companies I got quotes from. Everyone else had me wait at least a week to get my estimate. The ops manager, Terry, walked me through all the steps they would take and even spent extra time on my paint peeling garage door. The foreman, Andrew, was professional and attentive to all the details

Simply asked for pricing because we are trying to compare and see if hiring painters is worth it or if just doing it ourselves would be best. Wasn't looking to schedule ASAP, just shopping around for something into the next 6 months or so when we are ready we know who to contact.

Diamond Star Paining did a really good job on the exterior painting of my house. I was scheduled to have the house painted 7 weeks out, but due to a last minute cancelation, a slot was available last week. Diamond Star sent a one of their employee's to come to the house and power wash it that night. The next day the whole crew arrived on time and got busy. The crew was supervised, to ensure the job was done right, with good coverage over the entire surface. Afterwards the supervisor & crew walked inspected the work to find and correct any imperfections. Then I did a second inspection

Diamond Star Painting did such a great job painting our new house! Ashley was very nice and accommodating when scheduling the appointment. Francisco and his crew were on time and professional, and finished in a little over one day. They started at 7:30am on Thursday and worked until 4:30pm, then Brendon came out early Friday morning to touch up the trim, and it was finished. Teri also came out Friday morning to inspect the work and we settled our account. They were a great group of workers! We'll use them when we decide to paint the inside of our home.

We decided to have the exterior of our house painted. We received estimates from several different companies. Diamond Star had the best prices by far! When it came time to select a color for our house we had picked a color, but we were unable to get samples to be able to see what the paint would actually look like on our house, because the paint store was out of the colors we wanted. Our Diamond Star representative was so concerned that we be able to see what the color we picked out would look like that she called around to other stores until she could find our color and she personally delivered

Ok. Things got off to a rocky start because there was a lack of communication by the office manager. They were supposed to send out someone out to the house to go over everything but it was two days before they were scheduled to start the job and I hadn't heard anything. I did finally receive a call and learned there was a delay because of other jobs and due to the bad air quality caused by the fires which is totally understandable. We used DSP last month to paint our house, we got a few different bids and they came in with the best price and could get us in quickly. I had a hard time deciding on paint and so someone came out to help me decide on colors after we painted some swatches on the house a few days before. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly to work with including the receptionist, the prepers, and the painters. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I interviewed several painters before settling on Diamond Star. After the first meeting, I knew I was making the right choice. The staff have "can do" attitudes and are very detail oriented. My house had not been painted in decades and needed a lot of attention to dry rot. They did such an excellent job that I would not recommend anyone but Diamond Star! Terry is the most attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful person I've dealt with. She guided me through the paint colors and where to place the trim. She's on it!
Andrew pressure washed my house and was such a sweetheart.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Everyone we came into contact with during our whole experience from start to finish was great... they are awesome people, super quick, and efficient. Here's the before and after! Diamond Star Painting did a great job and I highly recommend them. Only took about 2 1/2 days start to finish. I worked with Tom, who lives here locally and he was very pleasant. All the painters that worked on my house were respectful and considerate. If you want to get your house painted, tell Tom that Brad and Bev referred you. He'll give you a great deal and provide quality work.

I contacted Diamond Star as I was a repeat customer. The first house they painted for me in Folsom was done with excellent quality and their attention to detail was 2nd to none. It is no surprise that I got the same result the second time for my house in El Dorado Hills. Cody and Jared were outstanding. They worked very hard, rarely took a break and were meticulous in every detail. There is no doubt that if I need additional painting at my home Diamond Star will be the 1st call I make. If you use Diamond Star and you have the opportunity...tell them you want Cody and Jared. You will NOT be disappointed

We have used Diamond Star for many years. We love their service and the results of the painting jobs they have done for us. When we have a (rare) issue, they’ll fix it without question. It was 7 years when we last painted the outside of our house. A spot manifested itself and they came out, looked at and fixed it without question or cost. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
