Chris was very prompt to come out and look at my property and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with our sun room that had mold and water intrusion. He was true to his word about getting his team out to start the work in a very timely manner and followed up with me regularly on the work in process at my house. When I called him about questions, he was always very willing to answer the questions I had. Also he was very helpful in giving me referrals for other work that I need completed after his team finished. I highly recommend North Star Services for any type of water or mold

Chris and his team are phenomenal and I highly recommend them for restoration and repair work! Our builder had a condensation pipe running behind the drywall, which caused a large mess with water damage and mold. Jack and Chad from Northstar have been exquisite to deal with! Each so knowledgeable, thorough and always erroring on the side of caution to ensure my families heath and safety. This ordeal has been a nightmare, but working with Jack and Chad has made it much more bearable. Thanks for caring so much, guys—I’d give you 6 stars if I could!! Gregg

When we had a mini flood in our basement, the team at North Star Services came out, assessed the issue & set about fixing it. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They showed us what was causing the issue and went above and beyond to fix it. Who would have thought gutters would cause a flood in the basement?!? Thanks North Star Services!

I had the pleasure of hiring Chris and LD from North Star to inspect my crawlspace and redo the DYI job that the previous owner did, which was a real mess. They used mold preventer and resealed everything with a new vapor barrier. It looks great and is providing obviously better moisture protection. Very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced and I felt like they genuinely care about their customers.

Chris and his crew saved the day by restoring the lower level of my townhouse after my neighbor's hot water heater burst and subsequently found mold between the two walls. He explained everything that was happening and worked closely with my insurance company. I highly recommend North Star Services! I will call them anytime I need work in the future.
