We had several days in the 90s and on day 5 our condenser quit working. We called and spoke to Chris at Fire and Ice and he was very professional and said he could come out the next day. He showed up in the early afternoon and replaced the starter cap and fan in our condenser. He had the parts he needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Chris is very personable and he does a great job. Thank you so much Fire and Ice. We will call you again if we have any other furnace or AC issues.

With all this hot weather lately I was reminded how thankful I am to have a good working A/C. Also, that I never left a review for when it was serviced right after Memorial Day.

We have used Chris a few times for furnace issues at our rentals. Recently contacted him to install central air at our house. Thrilled with the service, everything looks neat, and clean.
