Scheduled job 2-3 weeks in advance told to answer phone at 8 am or else they would go unto other jobs waited 45 minutes for call, called office and found out Tech had not shown up yet ! Who Knew ? Due to poor planning and poor communication between Office staff and Service Tech, Job was started 2 hrs late subsequently requiring a return visit next day by not 1 but 2 Techs to install 18 ft section of 1/2 Pipe with 3 elbows and 1 valve, received astronomical bill for 11 hrs, of which 4 1/2 was spent on road. Definitely will not be using ever again nor will recommend to anyone.

Basement didn't back up until they came and supposedly fixed our first problem, after they left our basement floods anytime water is ran. When called to see about coming back and fixing this issue they said it wasn't their problem nor would they come back and continued to argue they weren't going to come fix it.
Rude employees, terrible service.
Your employees words to me were "we didnt cause it so we won't be coming to fix it" not once did you guys offer to come and even look at the issue your plumber caused, its nothing to do with the sewer. Not sure how you guys would even know when you didn

Service was great till we made our purchase... No communication after purchase was made. I had to call 5 or 6 times to find out when insulation would take place. Took 3 visits to get our products working correctly!! No follow up care and no instructions on how to use our new product. They installed and left leaving us with no idea how to operate our product... but the sales lady was nice..
