Hughes Furniture Industries is a second generation family business dating back to 1963 with the founding of Mid-State Frame Company and is manufactured in Randleman and Randolph County, North Carolina U.S.A.
Kith furniture offers durable MDF constructed furniture. Fully assembled (aside attaching knobs and the mirror), this line up pairs value with look. We stock several sets but their catalog shows their entire line up, ready for special order here at Trader Joe's. Crown Mark furniture offers a smaller selection of imports, but is quicker to ship by keeping these items in stock.
We have many options that can hold your mattresses ranging from stand alone frames, to rails for a head and foot boards, to link springs and pop out units for your daybed. We have become known to find solutions to most needs and we look forward to serving you with yours. Using recycled steel from sources like abandoned railroads, Glideaway is an industry leader in frames.
Having a used section in our furniture store makes us unique. Not only can you buy used, you can trade in your old, or consign no longer needed items. All around, great establishment! Such helpful staff! My friend and I are from out of town and ran into car trouble. This awesome man helped change our tire and made sure that we drove off safe. He checked our PSI on the tire, and even taught us something’s about changing a tire. Quality man, quality company. So so helpful.

We just bought a coffee and end table set from here after shopping all over Charleston. What we found at this hidden gem was way nicer and way more affordable than everywhere else. If you're looking for new furniture this is the best place in town and if you're looking for gently used items this place has so many cool one of kind items for your home. We're just sad we didn't find them sooner! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back!

Great customer service, I got there a few minutes before close and they stayed open late so I could browse and make additional purchases.
I went in for one item and left filling my entire empty apartment! I also ended up canceling a previous order because they have everything in stock; and to top it off were able to deliver to me that night!
I would compare the quality with something you would purchase off Amazon; very pleased.

I had the best experience here! John and his son Logan are great, as well as the delivery team. everyone is completely honest in telling you about their products because they don't work for commission and really want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Found an amazing new couch at wholesale price compared to other places that had it for almost double the amount. I will definitely be shopping here again!

WORST PLACE!!!!! NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN. Bought a love seat and paid a $50 delivery fee....bought the piece on a Thursday or Friday and arranged to have it delivered that following Monday. I waited around all night and nothing was delivered. I called the next day and they said they could only deliver on Wednesday. The supervisor or manager or whatever promised that it would be delivered even if he had to do it himself. And of course, no delivery crew showed up on Wednesday. I went back on Thursday demanding a refund...talked to the supervisor and he promised to get it to me as soon as I got

I ordered a couch in October. Paid express shipping and delivery. Waited the allotted time for express delivery (about 2 weeks), but no couch. I then called the store, and was told that the factory shut down. So, after waiting 2 weeks nobody could tell me that before hand? I had to wait and then call and complain in order to be updated EVERY TIME. They offered to refund the express shipping and said they ordered from another factory. I waited, still no couch. Called again. They didn't know what was going on. Waited. Called again. This time they told me it was being assembled. Waited. Called

My husband bought a nice bedroom suite from Trader Joe's about a month ago (September). Do we have it yet? No! A month later our furniture still has not been delivered and they obviously don't know how to pick up a phone there either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I've called them three times already today trying to get a hold and find out where our furniture is. They haven't picked up yet. Words cannot describe how frustrated I am. If I could leave no stars I would.

The manager isn't really open to negotiation if he had been we would have bought a few more pieces. They also charge for delivery which they do on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights between 6-10.

Upon entering the store I noticed the atmosphere was silent and rather warm & stuffy. Who knows, they may have had the doors open prior to our arrival. Anyhow, my husband walked towards the back/desk to inquire about appliances when suddenly a dog began to bark. Normally my first thought would have been "Wow" dog lovers like us! However, near the end of the dogs bark the owner/employee suddenly yelled; "SHUT UP!" My husband was standing only a couple feet from the man. Needless to say, we didn't purchase anything. This is a new and used furniture store. I popped in as I was looking for a guest bed. There were many new and high quality used mattresses at good prices. They have a wide array of new sofas and tables. In the back there is a large assortment of used furniture, many rare vintage finds. Prices are very fair. The people who work there are wonderful. Excellent service, no pressure like other furniture stores. They will help you load into your car or deliver for a small fee. Note: if you can navigate their parking lot, consider your driving skills to be expert level. It is awkward and tight. .

Disregard the overpriced and somewhat tacky merchandise up front, and head on back to the cluttered, dusty used section of Trader Joe's. We found a gi-normous bean bag chair (easily lounges 3) here for only $20, as well as a nice old brown couch from the 70s. Sadly, we passed up a true vintage masterpiece, the appropriately tagged "Queen of the Nile" (see regretful pic), because the upholstery felt suspiciously like a muppet. (I just can't support the harvesting of muppet fur, even for something this funky.)
