Gentry/Selby - Architecture/Design (GSAD) is a custom Architectural design team in the High Desert of San Bernardino County. This team has been in business in Apple Valley since 1993 and services the greater San Bernardino County area as well as the entire state of California. This team consists of Architect, Dennis Gentry and Building Designer/Manager, Richard Selby.
Both partners have been long time residents of the High Desert. Each team member has over 45 years of experience in commercial, industrial, food service, medical, religious, recreations, multiple family residential, senior housing, land use planning, and single family residential design. GSAD makes it a goal to stay in the custom line of this business so as not to get bogged down with the pressures of production deliverables.
GSAD is very experienced in all types of construction methods from wood frame to concrete and steel as well as SIPs panel construction. GSAD prides itself on providing quality construction documents that allow for project bidding and construction without overruns due to poor quality documents.
