We have been using Terminix for a few years now and we have three different services. When they call and tell when the tech would come for outside service they give you the phone number to call if you would like them to come inside and also check / service the interior. I told them yes, I would like to tech to come in to check on something and he informed my wife he would come in because he had to talk to the office first????????????? Hoping it gets settled soon so I don't have to use another company, their customer service could use some help also.

We have been using Terminix (Powells Point location) for pest services at our beach home in Corolla, which we rent during the summer, for almost a decade and could not be more pleased. Our service technician, Artie, is extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and pays attention to details that others may miss. He is a pleasure to work with and goes out of his way to make sure our property is well cared for as it relates to pest control.

Technician was two hours late and according to the charge sheet left in the door he was only on site for six minutes. How do you treat the entire exterior of a house in six minutes? Knocking down spider webs then spraying how is this possible in six minutes?

Outdoor spraying/soil treatment to prevent cockroaches. The service has always been excellent. The report after the work is completed is easy to understand and best of all, we have not had any issues for the last several years (I forget when we started with Terminix) and will continue with their service.

Dante has been to my house twice. Both times he was polite, thorough, he didn’t rush & took the time to answer all my questions. He even helped me reassemble my concrete garden fountain. I had a possum invasion in my air duct system, and Terminix/Dante was out the next day - a Saturday, no less - to address the situation. Sunday morning they were back bright & early. Brad & his crew are great!

Most impressive! The 3 service people who worked at my house were extremely professional. On time, clean uniforms, thorough work and answered all my questions.
