I requested a roof inspection for repair on a 5 year old roof. When the technician arrived he inspected the roof for about 10 seconds and started walking away. When I mentioned there was damage on both sides to porch area he turned around and said ok so both sides. I am not a roof inspector and I waited a week to have this appointment. It has been a month and I haven't received an actual quote. I am guessing my repair wasn't big enough to waste time on. I will never call them again.

We had a roof installed in 2018 after Hurricane Harvey. We found a slight leak that we could not isolate due to our constant drought. Texas State has been out numerous times and Jose finally isolated the leak and we have had a dry attic through the 13"-15"of rain that we just had( 7/2021). Anybody can make a mistake but staying on it until it is corrected is a sign of honesty, competency, and good business. Thank you TSR

Texas State Roofing was my choice when it became a requirement to get a new roof before closing on my new house. They provided me with information on the entire process. They came out to the house and put together the best looking quote I’d seen. I got several quotes from other local roofers but I could easily tell they weren’t even in the same league as Texas State Roofing. Each nail is driven with accuracy by hand, not just banged out of a nail gun. Love my roof!

Will definitely recommend Texas State Roofing. After Hurricane Harvey they sent a representative out he did a complete assessment of roof damage and the company sent out a crew and did a professional job with high quality material! Roof was state inspected and past with two thumbs up! Definitely recommend!

The people that they have working for the company named Texas State Roofing are so unprofessional and rude to their customers! When you call them they come out and tell you we're so busy we don't have time for you right now. We'll call you back but don't bother to return your call. It takes three or more times to fix the problem at hand...... wouldn't you think that the problem should have been fixed the first time instead of the third or etc. time...... just saying!
