I've been told Gabe and Arrow Fencing do good work. I can't vouch for that as I never got that far. He is extremely difficult to reach. His voice mail message does say he checks his phone often, but doesn't mention he will call right back so he's honest at least. After several days got a call back and scheduled a meeting to look at the job. Never showed never called. Like he fell off the face of the earth. Horrible customer service. In this day and age of modern communication, there is simply no excuse for blowing people off like that.

When I first contacted Arrow Fencing I needed some help repairing some vinyl rails on my corral. Gabe got the parts within a few days and offered to help me install them since I had no idea how to do this. For that one job I would give him a five-star rating.
I asked for a quote on additional work around my place. Gabe said that he would call within a day or so. Since then I have not had any communication with Arrow Fencing. I have called a number of times requesting information as well as supplies for additional work. I am very frustrated with their lack of customer service.
