Positive: Quality
I am impressed with the quality of the finished work on Southern in Rio Rancho. This has been a long and challenging project for everyone, but the final product is looking and working well from a driver's point of view. The roadway looks like near-perfection when finished. Great job!

Called about one of their trucks possibly dropping small rocks going down the road and hitting cars. The gentleman who answered listened and made no excuses and said he'd look into it. That's quite honorable and I really appreciate it. If I ever need asphalt I'm calling these guys.

Absolutely disgusting, this contractor has been working on Southern in rio rancho for over a year and is already a month overdue on the projected project completion and is only half somplete on only half the road. Not only is it only half complete the construction progress looks like they are going to leave the asphalt about 2 inches below the drainage (though this might be correct hence only half complete) not only is the construction moving slowly I never (or rarely) see any workers working before or after leaving work for my daily commute. Whoever contracted these people needs to reconsider

I just want everybody to know that if they want a company that has old school values and stands behind their work and Their word is their bond this is the company to use. My road was used as a service road to do a county project and my road got a little messed up ( Adobe clay sand road). I asked the county to come do a grade on it and they told us that they're not responsible for it that it was a sub contractor that did it. When I called Albuquerque asphalt and explain the situation they explain to me that they're not allowed to go back unless the county asked them to. After months of fighting
