Please be aware that work done by Howell Heating & Cooling may not be warrantied. I found this out after they replaced a a/c blower motor in my unit. The work done by them is funtioning, that is not the issue. Companies that did work for me in the past have always stood behind their work. This gives the customer a certain confidence level in the work performed. To be told there is no warranty on the work done does not give me that confidence level. Speaking with representatives of the company has done nothing to change my feelings.

Thank you to Bill Ryan and Sean for coming to do our yearly tune up on our furnace today. A few months back Bill and his team installed a new hot water heater that had to be moved from another area and connected to our furnace. Everything was done flawlessly. Howell Heating and Cooling are always very knowledgeable, dependable and respectful. We highly recommend them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a local Realtor and my client needed the HVAC certified in order to obtain the CCO. I contacted Howell Heating & Cooling and I have to say they're one of the best companies I've dealt with during my 10 years in the business. Chris came out and was excellent. They installed my new AC unit when I purchased my house and fixed my heater. They installed the Nest system which for my techy boyfriend was a huge bonus. Then this morning I woke up to no heat called them and in an hour they were here to fix the problem! All of the workers have been great and friendly and Billy has been wonderful and helpful! I tell all of my friends who are buying houses to give them a call. If you need someone to work on your AC/Heater I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks again Billy and team!
