I contacted Aspen Tree Service as I had some trees that looked overgrown and not super attractive. I was greeted over the phone by a very friendly lady who was helpful and quickly made me an appointment with "The Tree Guy" Shawn McPhee. He showed up ON TIME for his appointment with me and took his time to walk my property and answer any and all questions that I had. I never felt rushed or like a question I was asking was dumb. Unaware of Steamboat Lightscapes (our bad), we contracted with Western Tree Mgmt. to handle an extensive job consisting of fire mitigation, tree removal, tree trimming and stump grinding. After confirming at 9 AM the day before start, I received a call from Western at 3 PM to let us know they had just taken a large tree removal project and would not be able to start the following day as committed pushing us out to an indeterminate start date. This is the second year that I have used Light scapes and the results are amazing. They are very professional, the lights are awesome and its hassle free. They take care of setting timers, running wires and extensions and all I have to do is look at my lights every night and enjoy. I asked for a special lighted star to go above my barn to honor my son who died and they searched and found one, installed it, and it looks awesome. a great tribute.

Dustin and his crew know exactly what EXCEPTIONAL service is. They keep appointments, explain exactly the process, clean up like they were never there and follow up that you are completely satisfied. What more can you ask for? Our big Cottonwood that hung over the house was a problem waiting to happen.
