Building assessment and interior redesign of 1000 square feet focused on providing culinary venue with a kitchen and dining area. Services included space redesign, code analysis, accessibility and life safety review and plans, construction document preparation and review for Building Permit. Building assessment and interior redesign of 3100 square feet of space transitioning from art studio into a live music venue with 40 brew taps.
