I went to this church on 9-9-18 for their 11am service I ask this senior man standing at the door at 10:45 am was upstairs open, his comment was " what are you going to do in the balcony ? His tone was ugly and all I wanted was to sit down and wait for service to start. If you welcome people this way no wonder young people don't attend church. We as Black people have to stop hating one another. Church should be the place where one is made to feel welcome. I left Mt Nebo and went to FBC for their 11am service and it was GREAT. MT NEBO shame on you

There is no $20 entrance fee. This church was completely free!!!! I gave an offering though. This is a beautiful historic church. But beyond the building, the people are great. I highly recommend the church as both a place of worship and the history in the building. Rev. Dr. Green is one of the most significant preachers of the 21th century. He is greatly admired around the world as one who has marched across the boundary lines of race, religion, and denomination. Dr. Green's teaching is anointed, sound and sure. I have people from out of town that wanted to see a gospel choir.
This "Church" demanded at first $10, then $20 per person at the door.
When I said sure, who do I write a check out to, being that it's a church, and tax deductible, they said "Cash only."
They stick you up in a corner and then harass you for more money.
I am reporting the church to the IRS. Not accepting check, and demanding a donation is really unacceptable.
