We needed a professional plumber to replace the main water value coming into the house from the city water. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing. The office administrator was quite helpful in explaining the process of changing the pipe/valve. I was able to send a photo via text msg. so the technician knew what to expect with our 45 year old pipes.
The techs came out in a timely manner, replacing the pipe and valves efficiently.

Exceptional service! My parents found Ben Franklin plumbing many years ago and I have continued services with him. He is professional, yet down to earth. He and his employees are very prompt and get the job done. I had to call him on New Years Eve because of a failed water heater and he was out here in no time installing a new one. I, myself don't know much about plumbing issues and he takes the time to explain things thoroughly. If you want great service and someone you can trust, Ben Franklin Plumbing is the way to go.
