Services
Ellett Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., founded in 1985, is a family owned full service heating and air conditioning company. Ellett has been with the Carrier label for more than 20 years and has been a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer for the past 5 years. Ellett employees the BEST people in the HVAC industry.
Whether you are in need of a heating and air conditioning system, repair services or preventative maintenance, our skilled technicians can handle the job. Your home comfort system is most likely the single biggest use of energy in your home. In fact, over a third of the energy used in the United States is used to heat and cool buildings.
Air conditioners may look similar, but their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) can vary widely. Higher SEER numbers save more money spent on electricity. Even though 13 SEER is the minimum efficiency available, we currently offer a line of air conditioners that start at 13 SEER and go all the way up to a 21 SEER.
Carrier Dealers are the home heating and cooling experts to turn to. They are your single resource for everything you need -- from tailoring your ideal comfort system to installation, service and beyond.
Indicated as a percentage, your furnace's AFUE tells you how much energy is being converted to heat. For example, an AFUE of 90 means that 90% of the fuel is being used to warm your home, while the other 10% escapes as exhaust with the combustion gases. The portion of your air conditioner or heating system that forces air through your home's ductwork.

I have used Ellet enough to know I probably won't be using them again. At my previous house I used them clean my coils and the price was about $350. This was several years back. Now in a month since July of 2014 I have used them three times. I was happy with them the only time I used them in the past. So I used them again. First call, my air was blowing hot air. They had a service tech come out and he said I need a hard start for my ac compressor. That was about $250. The ac stopped working that night. Call back again and they come out and found out it is the TXV. Thermal expansion valve on the
