HomeMatters LLC rocks! I scheduled an appointment on the Angi app about 2 weeks out, and Mike came on time. He thoroughly reviewed the damaged siding on our initial visit. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. Mike and his team are amazing. From prompt, professional customer service to excellent workmanship, I am 110% satisfied. They replaced my bay window and back extension roofing as well as the roof and siding on my portico and the back of my house. I asked questions and the workers never had an issue answering them. Towards the end of the project I made an aesthetic change request and Mike was happy to accommodate me. Afterwards, Mike called to inquire if I was happy with the work. I enthusiastically replied "YES".

We had a great experience with Home Matters! Mike was right on time when he came to do the estimate. He inspected the leaking window from inside and out. Not all contractors wanted to do this when we were searching for the right company. The team doing the fix was prompt, thorough, and the outside looks great. They guarantee their work for 5 years. Highly recommend!

Mike came out to give us an estimate and was helpful and engaged every step of the way. He went back and forth with me no matter how many questions I asked (A LOT) and was always available. When we finally made the decision to go with Home Matters and got on their schedule, the team got out to our house very quickly and were done sooner than they had estimated. I highly recommend Home Matters and we will use them for any other exterior projects that might come up in the future.

I moved in to a new home six years ago and the roof was not installed well. Each winter with strong winds I lost a few shingles. Mike at Home Matters was fantastic to work with - he was quick to respond, quick to get the work done, and price was extremely reasonable. During the last storm, I lost many more shingles and needed a new roof. Mike again was fast to respond - tarps were put on the day after the storm. He estimated the new roof to be installed within three weeks and actually installed it a week early. The workers were neat and fast. 2 days to put on the entire new roof on a large square

I’ve had the pleasure to with Home Matters Exterior Remodel and Mr. Shin on two different projects. The first was my home MD in 2013 to repair the siding on the left side after a hurricane tore it off. Mike’s team was honest, very professional, reliable, and above anything else did an outstanding job matching the new siding and weaving it in with the existing for a seamless finished product. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
