I have worked with Shannon and the installers at Richmond Granite several times while building various houses and renovating properties. Their prices are great, the selection is fabulous but more than anything else Shannon is a superstar. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with each and every aspect of the process. Her installers were absolutely precious, explaining each and every aspect of the sinks and countertops to me. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I can't thank Richmond Marble and Granite enough, Ryanne has been a pleasure to work with on now two projects. First I was so excited about their large selection, great prices and access to the color selection I wanted. Next, Ryanne is very knowledgable, and even helped me pick the right granite for the job remotely! When the guys came to install, they were professional, did a great job installing, cleaned up, set the granite perfectly and even walked me though care and maintenance. I'll never use another supplier for my granite projects.

Richmond Marble and Granite does all of our counter tops whether it is granite, quartz or quartzite. They do an excellent job for us and pay attention to the details of the job. Their sales rep., Shannon, is the best! She makes sure we have samples and important information about the products they carry. Shannon and Ryanne, the office manager, always take excellent care of our clients when they come to look at slabs. We highly recommend Richmond Marble and Granite!

Working with Richmond Marble and Granite was an extremely pleasurable experience from the moment we walked into the showroom and throughout the whole process of getting our kitchen cabinets and countertops replaced in our home. Volkan was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process as was the office staff that helped us on our very first visit to the showroom.
