Salesman couldn't even tell me anything about the car. After test drive all he wanted me to do was paperwork. Couldn't tell me if it was a premium model or base model. Was only interested in the sale.

I've only been there three times and it seems like there's always some kind of issue. Like I've got a bumper to bumper warranty and I had something inside the car to break and before I got to Richmond Road I had to take it back. Last time there is a recall on trunk latch and they were going to fix it and there was not one in stock to replace. I think they're little bit incompetent. I'm hoping things will get better from here,
because I really don't want to drive no further to go to another dealership but I will if I have to.

I took my car in for it's first tune-up. I was early for my appointment but they greeted me with smiles and ushered me right in. There was a waiting room to sit in while my car was being serviced. Rather spartan but clean, with a tv.
The work was done super fast. I even got a free car wash.

Great customer service! Was told it would take one hour and 30 minutes, it took one hour and 20 min! And they washed my car and delivered service with a smile!

Stop in a week or so ago the staff was friendly until they stuck us with some guy named bob , who was VERY arrogant AND very RUDE. especially when I told him I had a budget for my car. Which I have found a car since and IN MY BUDGET and nothing was wrong with the car I bought else where. I’m very glad I didn’t buy from him. He deserves nothing from people he tries to sell too. I’m glad I didn’t continue to look at Don Franklin. I’d much rather give my money to Toyota or KIA. than to give them my business especially when I was just browsing and getting estimates.

I was DREADING buying a new car. Mist car lots treat womenike a damsel in distress and automatically assume my husband is making the decision. MiCHAEL is AMAAZING! He is unbelievable PATIENT!. Answered a million repwat questions. Made me take the car for two test drives when we were still undecided. Did not try to sell or even show me cars outside my price range (even when I brought the idea up). Was very honest about similarities and differences and cars and was patient when I wanted to do research on my phone as well. Highly reccomend! I felt in control well respected and love my new car!

Our salesman Stan was very nice. He went out of his way to make sure we got the vehicle we want. The finance guy James was very efficient and friendly. Had us out in about 20 minutes.

Made an appointment directly with Hyundai through their customer care call center. They knew the mileage on my vehicle and made the appointment. The dealership however said that they couldn't do the service since I wasn't within the mileage range. I only have question to either Hyundai or the dealership. Why would the manufacturers customer support make an appointment if they know I'm not in the mileage range? I'm personally not a fan of wasting my time.

These folks know what their doing and treat you like family as soon as you walk in. My youngest daughter found THE CAR on their Lexington lot and Mike and her were able to come to terms and she drove the car home the same day.
