The quality of the product and installation were all done with care and expertise. Installer didn't think it was perfect so he pulled a panel and reinstalled just to get the gap between panes totally perfect. The glass is thick, thicker than my other master shower, and the upgraded handles and hinges I ordered make it look amazing. Great job, I will absolutely use them again for everything glass in the house.

I've been trying to make a purchase with these people for over 8 months now, and it's like they don't want your business. save yourself time and move on to the next company. consultation was 2 weeks ago. sales man Joe assured me I would have the quote 3 days after that. I've called this company back 2ce since then (I lost the sales man Joe's business card) so I can get the quote and move forward with purchase and scheduling installation. No call back no email N O T H I N G

Michael Stephens has a top notch crew! I called to get and estimate on the phone to replace our bathroom mirrors and Thereasa gave me a ballpark figure based on my measurements. To be sure they sent out someone to measure and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. We ordered the mirrors and they were installed within a few days. It took less than an hour to remove old mirrors and install the new ones. Prices are great as well as everyone we dealt with. Would highly recommend CHC Glass & Mirror.
