Since 2009, Omnia Construction LLC has been helping the greater Lake Norman community renovate and remodel their homes. We operate under the belief that what we do for our clients is provide a service rather than a product. While a newly remodeled home is technically a product, the process of getting there, from inception through completion is all service.
Your kitchen is the heart and soul of your home. It's where so many memories are made, as family and friends gather for the holidays, the big game and special occasions. It is the place where traditions and recipes are passed down from one generation to the next and is often the center of every gathering.
Bathroom remodeling projects are the top request we receive from our clients. Along with kitchens they tend to be the spaces that get the most attention, and in which we spend the most time. Our bathroom remodels typically run 8-10 weeks in duration, depending on the scope of work. We put together a project schedule before we start and we keep our clients informed every step of the way.
We realize that not every project fits neatly into a typical construction service category. Our team works with clients on special construction projects of all types to suit their unique requirements. We specialize in the out-of-the-ordinary and what we do is extraordinary. Moving from out of state, we purchased an older house in Davidson knowing we would need a total renovation. Our initial choice of a contractor only delivered months of chaos, less than acceptable work and a lack of respect for us and our budget. At that point we ended the relationship with that contractor and were once again in search of a new contractor. Fortunately, we were introduced to Scott and the Omnia team and things immediately changed for the better. We engaged Omnia for a whole-house renovation. A unique aspect of the renovation was the installation of a 25ft LaCantina folding door system. The craftsmanship throughout the home was exceptional and the project was delivered on time.
We were living out of state during the renovation. Scott’s personal involvement in our project generated great confidence. Omnia uses a professional management process, including onsite supervisors and online management tools. The online tool was convenient for review of status updates and progress reports.

Scott Liseno and his team at Omnia did an excellent job for me on a front entry remodel project. The work was done in a timely fashion and his work crews were very considerate of our needs. The project came out great and we have received a lot of compliments on their work. I can't recommend Omnia highly enough.
