Great regional manager to work for but this position is very physical and doesn't paid enough to work over the road.You have to use a pallet jack to move 1,500-2,000 lbs. metal coils and flat metal sheets that weights 5,000+ lbs. Warehouse staff aren't a team player. Communication within the organization isn't great. As a former driver my route was Vermont / New Hampshire it was very challenging. For example, the company will forced a driver to go down restricted roads that tractor and trailer shouldn't be delivering in an residential area. Englert has the most disappointing customer service and communication I have ever experienced in this industry. Their customer service reps are not even educated on their own products that their company sells and they are very rude. I placed an order on 6/4/21 and have not received it yet. The lack of communication with their customers is very unprofessional. I understand that most industries are behind on all of their inventory but that should be clearly communicated to their customers so we can continue doing business with our own customers.
