I called to schedule a cleaning with Nadia. First, she shows up late. That was already a bad sign. Second, when her and her colleague arrived, they were outside talking knowing they were already late. When they both finally came inside, I walked them through everything I wanted clean. Mind you this should have been a simple clean. They text me back 2 hours later to tell me they were finished. I was in a rush so I could not check the cleaning thoroughly until after my kids appointment. I came back and the cleaning was a crap job. They didn't even try to clean the second bathroom. There was

I just bought a house everything pretty clean but need a deep clean before moving in. For 3 hours clean for a 4 bedroom 2000sf it's not worth it. Glass windows not cleaned floor dirty, tiles grout dirty, cabinet still has grease. Horrible service. I did not tip which I have never done before. I would not recommend this company at all.

I had a deep cleaning done on my three bedroom home. I was very pleased with the excellent job they did! They should change their name to sparkling shine cleaners. I need to find out what cleaner they used as my whine home is literally Shining. They even cleaned the inside of my front loading washer... it tends to get gross with mold. I will be using them again for sure!!!

Nadia was great!!!! Great at communication and set up an appointment with us right away. She sent two workers and they did a great job! Cleaned our blinds that were filthy very well. I was super impressed on how clean they were. Did our baseboards and floors. Also our bathroom.

The apartment I was moving into was filthy! Management said they cleaned it but it was obvious they didn't and instead of getting on their bad side, I just took care of it on my own. I knew i couldn't do this on my own and decided to hire M&I Maids. Nadia was super responsive and answered all my questions over phone and text. She was able to book me with two cleaners for 2 days later and they showed up on time.
They were both really nice, they listened to my concerns and explained to me what they could and couldn't do because of risk of damages. My main concerns were dirty baseboards

My sister had to move out of her condo of 32 years because of health reasons so my wife and I called M&I Maids to help us with getting the place ready for sale. It was really a mess after so many years. Dust had built up on so many surfaces, in some places an inch thick! The kitchen stove was coated with a greasy film. And the bathrooms had become absolutely toxic.
They arrived on time with cheery attitudes and went to work right away cleaning. They did an expert job! We were so happy with how the place looked when they were all done. We can proceed with the escrow. I recommend M&I Maids

I'm so sad with how my house looks. I feel like I was robbed of $160. I even tipped each lady $20 each! First off, I should have done a final walk through and I did not. My bad. I shouldn't complain because I neglected to check to work before they left. I'm too trusting. The kitchen was left a mess. See attached pictures. The cupboards were not cleaned at all on the outside. I took a brand new magic eraser and did it myself when they left. It was filthy when I got done you can see how much dirt was left to clean. I requested a deep cleaning, and it was horrible.
