Sedona Bug Busters

Great customer service, called in with a bug/spider problem on a Thursday and house treated on following Tuesday. John and Zach explained their work and gave us a few suggestions for future treatments. Very professional and most of all effective!!

We bought a house in West Sedona a few years ago and John helped to make sure the house was rodent free. More recently, after it had been vacant for a few months, he was so responsive and effective with a troublesome ant infestation. Dee is helpful and courteous on the phone. Obviously, with my 5-star rating for them, I highly recommend Sedona Bug Busters.

John from Bug Busters has helped me before at another house, where Spiders were over abundant. And wow! What a difference it made after he sprayed.
Again he helped me at my current home. I had just moved and found cockroaches were unfortunately appearing way too frequently. Have not seen even 1 cockroach since John sprayed! Yay! Thank You John. .

Mitch really knows his stuff about all kinds of pests, wildlife, all the many things that crawl or walk or fly out here in Cornville. We get a monthly preventive exterior home insect treatment which is quite effective and not toxic to our animals. He also helped us with the skunks invading our chicken coop last fall. Also: super prompt, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced.

Had to switch because the guy I had for over 15 years was cutting back. Sedona Bug Busters is excellent. De and Mitch and great they both listen and explain. They both made the switch so easy. They are the best!

Your driver needs to learn how to drive!!!
On 7/6 at approx 8am the driver of one of your trucks with the Arizona license plate CD 62291 cut off traffic on 89 Northbound going into Sedona at a merger. Then proceed to literally stop in traffic and have a meltdown, impeding traffic.
I hate to give a bad review of your company because of the ineptitude of one of your drivers. Which necessarily doesn't mean you are bad exterminators. But that is obviously reflective of the quality of employees you hire, and reflects poorly on your company seeing that he was in one of your trucks.

Sedona Bug Busters has kept my home completely free of scorpions and whatever other fiendish thingies are lurking outside. Dee always calls ahead of time to schedule an appointment, and John, who is quite knowledgeable and pleasant, shows up on time. Sedona Bug Busters is a great value. I highly recommend this company!

Have only used them a few times, but went from having spiders in the house and pests around the property to significantly fewer around the property, and none in the house. Great family business, were able to set up regular recurring visits even though I'm not at the house full time. Recommend!
