Purchased a spec home in riverwalk, Porter Texas May 2011. Searched and searched for the right place. Found one and just 2 years later I have travertine tile cracks throughout, poor drainage, a sprinkler system installed far to close to the foundation, a control system designed for indoors. One coat of paint on unprimed wood, leaking pipes from poor craftsmanship (a nail was driven through the water line, I asked him to come back to look and he said I will send someone to look at it, that didn’t happen”. Don’t purchase a home built by this person,. If you want to be treated like an idiot
