I am a seasonal resident in Naples, and I do not recommend Dan Allen. He is unresponsive to the numerous calls and emails. What made me very upset was that an expensive maintenance job, in over $2K, was done without a proposal or asking me in advance. He just hit me with an invoice after he competed the job. Besides, the lighting fixtures he installed was one of a kind that I could not find the replacement bulbs anywhere in the market place, both online and offline.

I have had a long term relationship with this firm and they have always used quality material, been professional in their approach and fulfilled their commitments. They never limit themselves to a problem I may have called about, they check everything to make sure all of it is working to spec.

1 star rating is to high for this company. They unfortunately installed the lighting at our Naples home we purshased. We have left more then 10 vocie messages and 1 e-mail and not 1 response. Dan & his staff do not even give you the courtesy of a response to let you know they don't want your business..... we have used them in the past for maintenance and were very responsive. Thank God there are other reputable landscape lighting companies in the area who were more then glad for our business.
