Horrible customer service. I needed a fence gate repaired and I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and the lady who booked my appointment did not communicate to me that they were 12 weeks out and was very rude over the phone. Did not tell me my first appointment was for an estimate, first told me to email the guy who was going to fix it to give me an estimate and I was under the impression it was getting fixed the day of my appointment. I called to see why I was not told they were 12 weeks out and her answer was “we are a fencing company it’s the summer time we are backed up”. I told

My husband and I are beyond impressed with this company! Prices beat the others that I got quotes from, they showed up on time and got our half acre done in 2 days! My dog and I recently got attacked so I was a bit worried to stay on their waiting list until July. But, they had a cancellation and got us in earlier than expected! Imperial Fence installed a new aluminum fence for us almost six years ago which is still beautiful, and was installed on time when scheduled. Their work crews were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. When the fence recently needed repairs, the owner of Imperial Fence was extremely responsive , helpful and repaired the fence quickly. We needed a fence put up around our pool and Hardscrape. We sought out several bids because we had a little bit of a unique situation. We had Imperial Fence out three different times. All three times they worked with us to change configurations. Very knowledgeable and friendly every time. Our fence was installed last week and we love it!! Jason and James did an excellent job. They were friendly and worked with my husband on yet another configuration.

Ive called the company out twice already for repairs since having my fencing and gate put up in summer. Calling again for more gate repair. The gates are falling and twisting. They are not built sturdy enough. Im worried whats going to happen after the winter weather gets them.
After posting this they reached out to me before i called them. They came and fixed the problem. So fingers crossed this lasts and i dont have to call again. I will say, that they do come out quickly to fix any issues you call with.

Quite frankly, I'm not sure how the price compares - I was looking with a strong eye toward professionalism and quality first - but I'm more than satisfied with what I paid. I had two wooden fence sections installed, both with gates, both dog-eared at 5 ft, and they had to remove the old fences to do it. I honestly felt a little bad because my yard on one side is so gravelly I knew they were having a tough time with it. But not only did they come in at 8:30, right on time, and were out by 5pm, the quality is just superb. The installers were courteous, asked to confirm things as they went when there

Follow up to respond to their reply: I had the timing wrong, I apologize for that. The context in which the fence was installed: it was replacing dangerous high-tensile wire, and I needed it done in a reasonable amount of time so the two pastures weren't communicating. I had my doubts about the fence at installation, but trusted that your company would do it right. Since then, I've had other fence of the same type installed and it is a higher quality installation.
