Roof Repairs & Maintenance Report

It is prudent for the home owner to have routine roof maintenance performed on the roof at a minimum of once a year, preferably two times a year--spring and fall. Millions of dollars a year are spent on reroofing and new roofs that may have had years of life left in them.

Flat Roof Repairs Report

The cause of most flat roof leaks is that there have been many layers of roofing applied and are hiding the underlying problems. Some of these problems may be poor drainage, blocked roof drains, damaged roof decking or damaged flashing. A long term solution to these issues is to remove the existing roofing down to the roof deck and correct the problems by properly installing a new roof system.

Polite, efficient, honest, European-trained master craftsman. I wouldn't trust the roofs of St Michael's Cathedral--especially our slate roofs--to anyone else.

CAD roofing has been taking care of our gutters for years and always does a good job. When we have had any issues with water in-between cleanings they come back and take care of it quickly and usually for no charge. Very good business.

The only reason for four stars and not give is that it was an emergency repair job fixing storm damage, not a whole roof. He showed up on time and did good work, the leak stopped.

Totally the best there is! Always there for me in every roofing emergency, including hurricanes and Super Storm Sandy! Also, Cafo is the nicest guy and goes WAY out of his way to help to help with any issue. I own several properties and I would only use CAD Roofing. I have had lots of experience with other roofers before I found Cafo.
