1. Make sure you have your total remodeling project cost in writing.
2. If you desire something additional, or if you are wondering if this is included, stop the project and ask. It will save you a lot of money at the end. In remodeling you can expect 15% above costs but you must be active to avoid huge financial surprises.
3. Make sure you stop the project and get a change order of it is a large protect, 20k or more.
4. Don't expect Ben Clark to be on site much or to be organized about your project. The company will not

You can tell by the quality of work that Ben has been doing this for a while. If there was something in the project that I wanted to do that may not have been the best way to do it, Ben took the time to explain why and educated on the better way. The job may have ran a bit over schedule but this was only due to issues that already existed and out of their control. What may have a caused some frustration during the reno, was replaced with peace of mind once it was complete knowing that the job was done right.
