K3 Construction Group, Inc. has its roots when first established by Jorge A. Kfoury in 1982 as JAK Construction Company. In 1987 Jeffrey J. Martello was hired to assist in growing the business into a first class construction company. In 1993 due to expansion into the Baltimore market place, JAK became Kfoury Construction Group so as not to be confused with a similarly named Baltimore company.
To provide outstanding construction services while creating an environment where success is defined when clients, business partners and individuals achieve their professional goals. The Washington, DC office of Baker Botts has been working with K3 for over 20 years, most recently on a series of renovations on our existing space.

Did a good job on the majority of our construction project, but fell apart on the punch-list items and warranty repair. The HVAC subcontractor thoroughly botched the install of our units, and nearly a year later, after I had to bring in another contractor because I wouldn't let the original HVAC contractor onto the property, we still haven't resolved lingering HVAC issues. Our landlord has also spent months trying to resolve a faulty water submeter installation.
