The project involved design and complete overhaul of both my back and front yard. I had no real plan in mind so we started from scratch with a design first and Dwight was really helpful with his recommendations and multiple visits to my house to complete the plan. I work full time and he was great about coming over after work and on weekends to go through it.
Once the project started, the crew was great--they worked extremely hard, showed up when they were supposed to and completed the project faster than expected. The follow up and communication with my project manager, Janice, has been fantastic. I have a relatively small yard and Aria Alfresco completely transformed it, with all new plantings, new flagstone wall, and replacing the old cement path with a beautiful flagstone one.

We interviewed several landscapers – and good grief – how is landscaping so expensive? We finally decided to go with Aria Alfresco because of the stone work. And it looks unbelievable. Some friends got stamped concrete from another company and it’s already cracking. They have been told there’s nothing they can do to fix it. I’m glad we were offered flagstone at a great price.

Construction projects have hiccups – I should know, I build office buildings. The crew Aria Alfresco used made some mistakes – but, Aria took responsibility for the work and put a new crew on the job to get it right. This is what I expect from a company willing to stand behind its work. Did things happen as quickly as I would have liked – no, but this is a construction project delays are to be expected – from weather, material and labor availability.

COVID , COVID, COVID - tired of hearing about this. But, my wife keeps reminding me that we live in a different world now. When all is said and done - Aria Alfresco finished the install and my wife is happy and that is all that matters. I would recommend the company - the crew and company did what they said - COVID did hinder the timeline.

Aria has left my yard in shambles. I signed with them in April 2021. They didn't start until Mid September. It's now Dec and my yard is in shambles. They didn't install the retaining wall correctly. I was assured by Rob they would fix it. I received a certified letter in the mail from Siloam Stone threatened to put a lien on my house bc Aria didn't pay them and Aria was not responding to them. Aria installed an extended patio and it immediately cracked. After they demoed theextended patio, leaving a mess in our yard, they have been unresponsive to phone calls and text messages. I started a complaint

Aria Alfresco refuses to honor the 12-month plant replacement guarantee they made when I signed the contract with them. If any plant dies within 12 months of planting, it will be replaced. Except it won't because Aria Alfresco simply stopped responding to me and refuses to make good on their promise. Do NOT make the same mistake I made. Pick a reputable landscape artist if you want real quality.

We had Aria redo our backyard. Main features were a fire pit and multi-level waterfall. The entire process was very easy and was kept well informed along the way. Minor changes requested during the process were handled promptly and without complaint. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend Aria Alfresco for your landscaping needs.

Thanks to Angie at Aria Alfresco our backyard is everything we ever wanted. She was able to help us design the perfect landscaping for our house. We had a budget to stick to and we thought it wasn't going to be easy getting everything we wanted to fit but with her help it worked out great.
We were able to finance some of the project. That was a really great way for us to afford this without dropping a ton of cash all at once. Thanks again Angie, we really appreciate everything you've done for us.

Do not Hire.
We hired this company almost a year ago to xeriscape our front yard and replace our front steps. They dazzled us with B.S. at the beginning, producing professional drawings for our HOA, etc.
The problem began when he work began. They took every short-cut they could, trying to cap our old steps instead of replacing them as they had been hired to do, made our new patio at a different level then the drawings called for, the mortar in the flagstones are two different shades of gray, and now the mortar is cracking badly after just one mild winter!
